PURPOSE: Provided is a method for preparing a soap containing vegetable selenium, which shows effects of skin cell protection, keratin peeling, moisturizing, whitening, sebum removal, waste removal in skin pores and skin regeneration. CONSTITUTION: The soap containing vegetable selenium is prepared by the method comprising adding a soap raw material derived from various type of natural components and vegetable organic selenium to 76-95% of soap base containing a surfactant, wherein the selenium component containing vegetable organic selenium is added in an amount of 1 micrometer or more. Furthermore, the selenium powder or the yeast selenium may be added. |
