PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid feed treatment method for feeding (moving) a liquid itself or a material dissolved or included in, adsorbed by or bonded to the liquid, and for performing mixing/stirring treatment, and also to provide a liquid feed treatment means. SOLUTION: Two flow channels 31a and 31b are allowed to meet with each other in one flow channel 31c through a parallel region (confluent region) 32 on the way and the voltages applied to the divided electrodes 3<SB>a1</SB>-3<SB>a7</SB>and divided electrodes 3<SB>b1</SB>-3<SB>b7</SB>of the flow channels 31a and 31b are successively controlled at every electrode to allow the liquid droplets 1a and 1b fed in the direction shown by an arrow along the flow channels 31a and 31b to flow in the parallel region 32 to bring them into contact with each other. The voltages applied to the divided electrodes 3<SB>c1</SB>-3<SB>c4</SB>are successively controlled at every electrode in the confluent flow channel 31c, and the liquid droplets 1c comprising the mixture of the liquid droplets 1a and 1b are fed in the direction shown by an arrow along the flow channel 31c.
