PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize and reduce the cost of a three-phase AC-DC power converter. SOLUTION: First, second, and third power conversion circuits 2a, 2b, 2c are disposed between first, second, and third AC input terminals 1a, 1b, and 1c and first and second DC output terminals 3a and 3b. The first power conversion circuit 2a comprises a rectifying circuit 9a connected to the firsts and second AC input terminals 1a and 1b through a first inductor 1a, a switch Qa connected across AC terminals of the rectifying circuit 9a, a series circuit of a primary coil N1a and a first capacitor C1a, a series circuit of a secondary coil N2a and a second capacitor C2a, a series circuit of a diode D5a and a second inductor L2a, and a diode D6a connected between the secondary coil N2a and a common smoothing capacitor Co.
