PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure of an electrode capable of realizing fine pitch electrodes without using a fixing/holding member, and to provide its producing process. SOLUTION: The electric connection structure comprises a pair of wiring boards 5 and 6 provided with opposing electrodes 1 and 2, and an organic resin 4 interposed between the opposing electrodes 1 and 2 wherein at least one of the opposing electrodes 1 and 2 has a roughened part 3 on the surface and the apex of the roughened part 3 penetrates the organic resin 4 to touch the surface of the other electrode.
