PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overwritable function to a user by combining a document holder with plastic white boards so as to eliminate the necessity for worrying about the running-out of refills and further provide an environmentally protecting function through the saving of the purchasing cost of the refills and the protection of the waste of paper by substituting the refill. SOLUTION: One side or both the sides of a plastic white board are glazingly treated. The plastic white board is combined with the front cover and rear cover of the document holder or inserted between the refills held by the holder in order to directly write onto the plastic white board with a white board pen and to rubbingly wipe with a white board eraser.
