<p>FIELD: Portland cement clinker technology, complex nepheline reprocessing, in particular Portland cement clinker production from nepheline pulp. ^ SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes pulp washing and treatment with alkali compound. According to the invention pulp is treated with lime milk in amount of 1.0-5.0 moles activated CaO to 1 mole of total alkali content in nepheline pulp, at 25-950C for 1-4 h. ^ EFFECT: nepheline pulp and Portland cement with decreased alkali content; one-step method (alkali hydrochemical treatment) without using of caustic soda and additional water for washing. ^ 9 ex, 1 tbl</p> |
