PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch apparatus where, when mounting, the positioning can be precisely performed by a simple operation. SOLUTION: The switch apparatus includes a switch body 31 and an actuator 32, and comprises a switch for executing a switch operation with the actuator 32 moving in conjunction with a movable part 11, a base 2 on which the switch is mounted, and a mounting position setting member 4 which is used to position the switch with respect to the base 2. The switch body 31 is provided with first and second mounting holes; the base 2A is provided with a round hole and a long hole; and the mounting position setting member 4 comprises a first fastening hole for mounting a first thread 51 between the first mounting hole and the round hole, a second fastening hole for mounting a second thread 52 between the second mounting hole and the long hole, and a movement limit regulating part for regulating a movement limit of the actuator 32.
