PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch for vehicle used for detection of opening and closing or the like of automobile door in which a stable operation with superior operating feeling can be obtained. SOLUTION: A plurality of thin ridged parts 16A is formed on a cover 16 which covers the connecting part of switch contacts and lead wires 9 and the lower part of the case. Therefore, at the time of pushing operation, the ridged parts 16 of bellows shape of the cover 16 expands toward outside and the compression of the air inside the switch is released, thereby a vehicle switch having a superior operating feeling with stable operation can be obtained.
