The utensil has a metallic ring (C) inserted in a bottleneck (D) and a metallic screw (A) introduced in a cork (E). A small chain (B) connects the metallic screw and the metallic ring. A swivel prevents tangling of the chain during rotation of a head of the metallic screw. The retaining force of the ring on the bottleneck is higher than the propulsion force of the cork. A strap connects the ring to the chain.
