POLYVINYLCHLORIDE FILAMENT AND METHOD OF PREPARING THE SAME

A manufacturing method of polyvinyl chloride fiber having excellent strength and elongation is characterized by using a polyvinyl chloride resin composition, controlling compression ratio in compounding and spinning, reducing yarn being cut and having stable workability. Polyvinyl chloride fiber is obtained by the steps of: mixing 2.5-3.0pts.wt. of an organic tartar type thermal stabilizer, 0.5-1.0pts.wt. of a lubricant and 1.5-2.0pts.wt. of a finishing auxiliaries with 100pts.wt. of polyvinyl chloride to manufacture a powder resin composition; manufacturing pellets out of the powder resin composition in a compounder installed a screw having 1.9-2.1 of screw compression ratio; and then spinning the pellets with a spinning machine installed a screw having 2.0-2.2 of the screw compression ratio.
