A system for warning a parking violation to a driver is provided to remove compulsorily an illegal parking state by giving a first warning to a driver and transmitting illegal parking information to a traffic warden when the driver parks illegally a vehicle at a two-way zone. A sensor(200) transmits a parking sensing signal and location information of the sensor through a wireless communication network(100) by sensing whether a vehicle is parked at a boundary between a road and a sidewalk. A relay unit warns repeatedly an illegal parking state of the vehicle parked at a particular region in a second period by a voice warning method when receiving sensing information including the parking sensing signal and the location information of the sensor during a first period. In addition, the relay unit transmits the illegal parking information including an illegal parking location and an illegal parking period through the wireless communication network(100) when the illegal parking information is received during a third period after the final warning. An illegal parking regulator terminal(500) receives the illegal parking information from the relay unit through the wireless communication network(100) and transmits regulating state information of the illegal parking vehicle. A main unit(400) stores the illegal parking information received from the relay unit through the wireless communication network(100), a reception time of the illegal parking information, and the regulating state information of the illegal parking vehicle received from the illegal parking regulator terminal(500).
