PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of converting analog data such as voice signals for car broadcasting recorded in the tape of a tape type car broadcasting device into digital data and recording the digital data in a recording medium, and also of improving the handling of specific data in reproducing the recorded digital data. SOLUTION: When the analog data such as the analog voice signals for the car broadcasting recorded in the tape mounted on the tape type car broadcasting device is recorded in a solid recording medium such as a card by converting analog data into digital data for each of the right and left channels of the tape, at least the instruction data of a fee indicator 11 and instruction data of a stop indicator 12 among the recorded digital data which are recorded in one channel are recorded together with identification signals provided to each data with different specific frequencies so that, when the recorded instruction data are reproduced, the different frequencies are detected by band pass filters 8a to 8c so as to output operating signals for relays 10a to 10c for operating a ticket issuing part and a fee display part by the detection.
