PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the number of monitor lines between a plurality of control switches and a switch state monitor part when ON/OFF states of the plurality of control switches are monitored. SOLUTION: Delay elements 121 to 12X are provided in a plurality of monitor paths 111 to 11X for monitoring ON/OFF states of the plurality of control switches 131 to 13X respectively, and their delay times are set so as to differ from each other. The switch state monitor part 101 outputs a state monitor pulse 161 having a preset pulse width to the respective monitor paths 111 to 11X. Answer pulses generated corresponding to the ON/OFF states of the control switches 131 to 13X are synthesized by diodes 141 to 14X and inputted as a synthesized signal 171 to the switch state monitor part 101. The switch state monitor part 101 decides the ON/OFF states of the control switches 131 to 13X on the basis of the synthesized signal 171 of response pulses. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
