PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device capable of improving a time lag at photographing while reducing a correction error due to differences of photographing conditions to the utmost. SOLUTION: The imaging device includes: an imaging element (14) capable of generating first image data or part of data of the first image data for obtaining the first image data through photoelectric conversion in a non exposure state and generating second image data through photoelectric conversion in an exposure state; a storage means (56) for storing correction data for correcting the second image data; and a correction means (20) for comparing the first image data with the correction data and generating the second image data corrected by the correction processing on the basis of the comparison result.
