PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analog level shifter capable of carrying out level conversion of an analog voltage at a low voltage without the need for increasing the number of required amplifier stages. SOLUTION: The analog level shifter is provided with: a voltage generation circuit 11 for adding a second voltage of a second voltage source 22 to a first voltage of a first voltage source 21 to generate a third voltage; a voltage / current conversion circuit 12 for receiving the third voltage and outputting a converted current proportional to the third voltage; a current subtraction circuit 13 for outputting a current resulting from subtracting a desired current from the converted current outputted from the voltage / current conversion circuit; and a current / voltage conversion circuit 14 for generating a fourth voltage proportional to a current outputted from the current subtraction circuit.
