PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a gap between the insertion part 3 of a top case 2 and a front support metal fitting 4 becomes unstable and level fluctuation of unnecessary radiation occurs since the top case insertion 3 is inserted between a resin panel 1 and the front support metal fitting 4 and rigidity of the resin panel 1 is low, and that side effect that the resin panel 1 is deformed through the top case 2 due to spring pressure occurs when a ground spring is arranged between the front support metal fitting 4 and the top case 2 for holding the radiation level. SOLUTION: A top case insertion receiving part 5 is formed in the front support metal fitting 4, and the top case insertion part 3 is inserted into the receiving part. Thus, certain and stable contact of the top case 2 and the front support metal fitting 4 is secured.
