PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk cartridge, where time required for assembly is shortened by simplifying the structure. SOLUTION: The disk cartridge comprises a case 14 in which an opening for access is formed; and a pair of shutter members 18 nearly flatly formed each for opening and closing the opening. In each shutter member 18, a slit-like cam groove 66 is formed. Additionally, the case 14 is composed of an upper shell 24 and a lower one. On the upper shell 24, a guide section 31 is provided, which is engaged with the cam groove 66 for guiding the shutter member 18 in an open/close direction. The guide section 31 comprises a cam projection 31T inserted into the cam groove 66; an arm section 31S that extends to the outside of the outer periphery of the shutter member 18 along the surface of the shutter member 18 and supports the cam projection 31T; and an extension section 31C that is provided outside the outer periphery of the shutter member 18 and is fitted to the upper shell 24.
