PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a top yoke from jumping when an external impact is exerted, by absorbing vibration by a damper inserted between a top cover and a top yoke. SOLUTION: Grooves 231, 232 are arranged on an upper surface of the top yoke 22, and dampers 241, 242 formed integrally with a viscoelastic gasket 14 having a function of sealing the inner and outer parts of a casing 13 are put into the grooves 231, 232 with the top cover 12 and the top yoke 22. Thus, by securing a satisfactory margin for bending of the dampers 241, 242, the dampers 241, 242 can absorb the vibration so as to increase the amount of attenuation. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
