PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner for preventing cool wind from blowing out at a start of heating operation by a fan coil function and/or refrigeration cycle, and reducing running cost by stopping a blower when a temperature decreases during heating. SOLUTION: A fan coil 2, an air heat exchanger 3, and the blower 4 are arranged on a ventilating passage 1 of indoor air. As the refrigeration cycle R of a heat pump type, a compressor 13, a four-way valve 12, the air heat exchanger 3, a decompressor 11, and a water/refrigerant heat exchanger 9 provided with a conducting passage of heat source water and a refrigerant are sequentially communicated through a refrigerant pipe P. The heat source water is introduced from a heat source to the fan coil and the water/refrigerant heat exchanger in response to a required operation mode as a heat source water circulating circuit N. A first temperature sensor S1 for detecting a temperature of the fan coil and a second temperature sensor S2 for detecting a temperature of the air heat exchanger are provided.
