PURPOSE: Provided is a method for preparing a kimchi which makes the kimchi of high nutritive value and good tastes by adding suspension generated in making bean curd, and by which suspension generated in making bean curd can be recycled. CONSTITUTION: A kimchi is made by adding to a suspension generated in making bean curd to salted cabbage or salted radish in addition to garlic, ginger, ground pepper, green pepper, sliced onion, leek, sugar, pickling brine, salt and so on.
