PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical waveguide package in which the amount of fluctuation of optical power caused by temperature variation is made small. SOLUTION: The optical waveguide package is provided with a waveguide device 20 on which an optical waveguide 19 is formed and a fiber array 21 on which an optical fiber 41 is fixed. The waveguide device 20 is provided with a first substrate 30, a core 19a, a clad layer 31, a first cover glass 33 and a photosetting type first adhesive layer 32. The fiber array 21 is provided with a second substrate 51, an optical fiber 41, a second cover glass 52 and a photosetting type second adhesive layer 53.
