B parameter is calculated from discriminant equation B=2.0 x SAB+0.1 x (ALF/ς x 100%)-135.05, where ALF/ς x 100% is the vascular tonus value and ALF is the slow waves of smooth muscle cells in precapillary link of micro blood vessels, ς is the mean square deviation of statistically significant oscillations of erythrocyte flow velocity in perfusion units.
