FIELD: food processing industry, in particular producing of gerontological diet product. ^ SUBSTANCE: Claimed product is prepared by mixing of fermentation lysate of fish mince, cabbage, tomato, kidney flour, onion, carrot, sorghum grain, grinded pike pyloric appendage, table salt, CO2-extracts from dill and celery, rape oil and preparation obtained from biomass of Mortierella indohii micromycete by subsequent extraction with non-polar extractant in above-critical state, water, alkali, water, acid, water, alkali, and water followed by compounding of the first extract with solid residue and packing of finished product. All components are used in dry state and in certain mass ratio. ^ EFFECT: concentrated gerontological diet product of the first dinner course with increased digestability of nutrient compounds and high content of polyunsaturated fatty and vitamin content. |
