PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent processing method of a polyarylene sulfide resin material hard to mold and having high heat conductivity. SOLUTION: A heat radiating resin composition, which is prepared by adding a filler with a heat conductivity of 1 W/mK or above to a polyarylene sulfide resin, is processed into a sheet under a specific temperature condition which enables no acceleration of crystallization and the formed sheet is subsequently shaped under a specific temperature condition which enables no acceleration of crystallization but shaping before heated under a specific temperature condition which enables acceleration of crystallization.
