PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate an outdoor fan according to a life pattern of residents while they are out, thereby operating an air conditioner to make it seem like someone is at home. SOLUTION: An out operation mode is set by means of a remote controller 3. At the set time of starting operation, an indoor control part 11 executes the out operation mode and stops the operation of each load in the indoor unit 1.
