PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular tire capable of compatibly realizing the high gripping force and the low rolling resistance. SOLUTION: A large number of tread blocks 18 are carved in a surface of the vehicular tire. Each tread block 18 comprises a first division 20 located on the front side of a vehicle and a second division 22 located on the rear side of the vehicle. The first division 20 has a characteristic that the gripping force is higher than that of the second division 22. The second division 22 has a characteristic that the rolling resistance is smaller than that of the first division 20.
