<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a ventriculus or a pathway within a bone, especially corpus vertebrae (not restricted only to this) or expand the pathway in the formed ventriculus coxa, and also administer a therapeutic matter to the bone by a better method. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes: a first means configured and made into a size to form an access pathway reaching a bone with an inner volume whose at least a part is occupied by a spongy bone through a soft tissue; and a second means configured and made into a size to pass through the access pathway to guide an expandable structure configured and made into a size to expand in the spongy bone and a structure configured and made into a size to pass through the access pathway; wherein the expandable structure is remained in the spongy bone when the second means is removed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
