PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the power consumption of a control circuit device that uses a DC/DC converter. SOLUTION: A microcomputer 1 outputs a command to a control IC 2 so as to make loads 6, 9 operate. The control IC 2 turns on the DC/DC converters 4, 7 and operates the loads 6, 9. The DC/DC converter 4 converts the voltage of power fed from a power supply 3 to 1.5V from 8.4V, and feeds the voltage to a constant current circuit 5. The constant-current circuit 5 obtains current values of load currents, consumed by the load 6 and the load 9 via the DC/DC converter 7, compares the obtained current value with the current value which is highest in the conversion efficiency of the DC/DC converter 4; feeds the surplus portion to a battery 8, when the load current is smaller; and receives shortage from the battery 8, when the load current is larger.
