PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital camera capable of whetting customers' appetite for buying, and the functions of which a user can exhibit, even if the user does not have without background knowledge. SOLUTION: A control section 70 applies image recognition processing to an imaged image, obtained by an imaging section 20 and switches and executes a plurality of demonstration modes, on the basis of a result of the recognition.
