PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamo-electric machine which is equipped with a stator easy of manufacture and a phase winding circuit capable of reducing noise and easy of manufacture, by examining both sides of product structure and manufacturing process. SOLUTION: In a dynamo-electric machine which is equipped with a stator 2 comprising a stator iron core 3 where two or more slots are formed in the direction of a rotating shaft and stator winding which is inserted into the two or more slots, the stator winding comprises two or more conductors 4 which are inserted from the direction of the rotating shaft into each of the two or more slots, and the stator 2 has a connecting ring 1 which is provided with slits 13 where the two or more conductors 4 are to be inserted from the direction of the rotating shaft.
