PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an thermoelectric generator capable of obtaining an excellent contact between an thermoelectric element and high temperature side heat source portions, and between the device and low temperature side heat source portions without forming an extensive constitution for a device in which the plurality of heat sources are laminated. SOLUTION: In this thermoelectric generator which is made by alternately laminating the plurality of high temperature side heat source portions 110 in which high temperature fluid passes through the inside thereof and the plurality of low temperature side heat source portions 120 in which low temperature fluid passes through the inside thereof, and by intervening the thermoelectric element 130 between each of the heat sources 110 and 120, the plurality of high temperature side heat source portions 110 and the low temperature side heat source portions 120 are communicated in a laminated direction by a high temperature side communicating portion 140 and a low temperature side communicating portion 150 respectively, and the respective communicating portions 140, 150 have a measurement adjustment portion 140A which adjusts the measurement between the respective heat source portions 110, 120 so as to bring the respective heat source portions 110, 120 into contact with the thermoelectric element 130 in the laminated direction.
