PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a curable resin composition and to prepare a chemical-resistant decorative sheet excellent in chemical resistance. SOLUTION: The curable resin composition comprises 100 pts. wt. vinyl ester resin, 40 to 230 pts. wt. polyfunctional (meth)acrylate other than the vinyl ester resin, and 60 to 300 pts. wt. isocyanate compound. The curable resin composition is applied to resin-impregnated paper as a surface layer. The obtained resin-impregnated paper and a core base material are laminated, and the resulting assemblage is hot-pressed. The curable resin composition is applied to a transfer substrate sheet and is converted into a stage B resin. The obtained tack-free transfer sheet is applied to resin-impregnated paper as a surface layer, and the obtained resin-impregnated paper and a core base material are laminated and hot-pressed.
