PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous molding method of a platy fiber-reinforced plastic molding, which allows manufacturing of high properties such as strength due to compact fiber presence, low expense like process cost, and short time easy manufacturing of the molding. SOLUTION: An energy ray curing resin composition containing a photo-polymerizing resin and a photo-polymerization initiator system is impregnated into a fibrous material in a resin tank, and the photo-polymerizing resin is cured by irradiation with the energy ray under a pressurized state of the fibrous material by a pressurizing mechanism. The resin composition is blended so that the photo-polymerization initiator system comprising at least two components, is used in an amount of 0.6 to 5 weight parts per 100 weight parts of the photo-polymerizing resin; and that a cationic photo-thermal polymerization initiator and a cationic photo-polymerization initiator, which jointly make the photo-polymerization initiator system, would be in the weight ratio of 1 to 4 as expressed in terms of cationic photo-thermal polymerization initiator/cationic photo-polymerization initiator.
