<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entrance/exit reception system of a low cost and a simple structure for determining whether a visitor can be allowed to enter or not, and to provide a destination management system capable of grasping behavior of the visitor allowed to enter in the premises and in a management block. <P>SOLUTION: In the entrance/exit reception system 10, a data processing device 11 extracts at least looks image data of an identification card, which contains looks of a photograph of one's face of the identification card, from identification card image data read by an identification card reading device 13, and compares camera looks image data taken by a camera 12 with the looks image data of the identification card to certify identification, and controls a reading/writing device 16 to write entrance allowable data and entrance allowable block data in an electronic entrance certificate 17.
