摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a reduction gear unit in parallel with double axial first and second input shafts to transmit/receive rotation to/from a counter shaft, so as not to make large torque pass through a speed change gear. SOLUTION: A first input shaft 5 and a second input shaft 6, to which engine revolution is selectively input by an individual clutch, are mutually and rotatably fitted. An output shaft 11 is coaxially abutted with a rear end part 5a of an inner input shaft 5 which is projected from a rear end of an outside input shaft 6, and the counter shaft 15 is provided in parallel with the shafts 5, 6, 11. A counter gear 19 at a rear end of the shaft 15 and an output gear 20 on the output shaft 11 are mutually meshed to constitute the reduction gear unit, so as to drive and connect between the counter shaft 15 and output shaft 11. Odd-number speeds (first, third and reverse speeds) are disposed between the rear end part 5a of the first input shaft 5, and even-number speeds (second, fourth, sixth speeds) are disposed between the second input shaft 6 and counter shaft 15.
