PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure in which the wear of a bearing part on which the shaft end part of a rotary shaft and the rotary shaft abut, is small and a positional deviation is small even in a long term sliding of an actuator apparatus. SOLUTION: The actuator apparatus is provided with: a rotating body including the rotary shaft which is freely rotatably supported and a rotor magnet fixed on the rotary shaft; a driving means which rotatingly drives the rotating body in a first and a second postures; a positional regulation magnet which moves the rotary shaft in a thrust direction by attraction or repulsion with the S-pole or the N-pole of the rotor magnet in the first posture; and a position regulation member which regulates the position in the thrust direction in the first posture by abutting to the first end part of the rotary shaft when the rotary shaft moves in the thrust direction.
