PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hide a user's identifier in each service for the purpose of improving security of user information mutually among a plurality of services which are provided in cooperation. SOLUTION: A network service system comprises a user temporary identifier update request transmission side apparatus 2 capable of providing the user with a first service and of transmitting an update request of the user temporary identifier shared within the system; a user temporary identifier update request receiving side apparatus 4 which is connected by the apparatus 2 and a network 3, is capable of receiving the update request from the apparatus 2, and of providing the user with a second service in cooperation with the first service by using the updated user temporary identifier; and a user representative apparatus 5 which is connected to the apparatus 2 and the apparatus 4 via the network 3 and allows the user to be offered the two services.
