PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biochemical analyzer capable of dispensing the sample liquid such as a specimen and a test reagent by correct quantity while preventing bubbling to perform biochemical analysis of the specimen by reacting the reagent with the specimen in a measuring container. SOLUTION: A height position of a probe is controlled to position so that a lower end of the probe at the termination of discharging becomes a height corresponding to a height of a liquid surface at the termination of discharging in a cuvette, in discharging the test reagent or the specimen into the cuvette by the probe.
