DIAMOND ELECTRONIC CIRCUIT BOARD AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the increased number of steps for forming a three-dimensional wiring structure in diamond. SOLUTION: The electronic circuit board is provided with an electric wiring 4 that is formed by partly phase change of diamond 1. A pulse laser 3 is converged to the diamond 1 to form the electric wiring 4 inside the diamond 1 and to permit the diamond electronic circuit board having a three-dimensional wiring structure.
