The device has ground pressing units arranged on both sides of a sub-soiling plough tooth (1) above a shell (4). Each pressing unit is constituted of a skate (2) positioned horizontally on a side of the tooth and in longitudinal axis of the tooth, where the skate has ends curved upwards. A disc coulter (3) is mounted to rotate freely on an axle fixed in front of the pressing units.
