PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manage a storage position of a drum while enhancing storage efficiency of the drum. SOLUTION: Drum arrangement zones Z1-Z6 for storing the drum D in every zone are provided on a drum storage facility 1 and the drum D are arranged on any drum arrangement zones Z1-Z6 of the drum storage facility 1 only by one row. Discrimination information of the drum D at the front row is read by a non-contact IC tag reader 5 and is transmitted to a portable information terminal 6 and an arrangement position of the drum specified by the discrimination information is set on a drum arrangement picture 6c.
