摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic gas-barrier laminate which is excellent in the adhesion of a gas-barrier layer and good in the transition preventing performance of an antistatic agent. SOLUTION: In the laminate, an antistatic resin having an acid number of 1-300 and a molecular weight of 300-1,000,000 is applied on one side of a plastic substrate (A) to form an antistatic layer (B) 1×10<SP>13</SP>Ω/sq. or below in specific surface resistance in the atmosphere of 23°C and 50% RH (relative humidity), and a gas-barrier layer (C) or the gas-barrier layer (C) and a protective layer (D) are formed. In the antistatic gas-barrier laminate, the specific surface resistance of the antistatic layer (B) after the antistatic layer (B) and the gas-barrier layer (C) of the laminate or two laminates which made the protective layer (D) to oppose are held while being pressurized for one hour at 30°C under the pressure of 4.9×10<SP>6</SP>Pa is 100 times or below that being pressurized/held, or the specific surface resistance of the gas-barrier layer (C) and/or the protective layer (D) after being pressurized/held is 1/100 or below that before being pressurized/held, and the transmittance of oxygen is 25 fmol/m<SP>2</SP>/s/Pa or below.
