PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an FST type hydraulic device capable of reducing the number of parts, and easy assembly, disassembly and maintenance. SOLUTION: The hydraulic device 10 to feed working fluid to a predetermined load 42 comprises a hydraulic pump 12, an accumulator 14 to accumulate the power transmitted by working fluid from the hydraulic pump, a working fluid tank 28, a valve means (a rotary valve) 16 to selectively guide the working fluid from the hydraulic pump 12 to either a working fluid tank or the accumulator, and a control device 40 to control the valve means. The valve means stops the flow of working fluid from the accumulator to the working fluid tank when the working fluid is led to the working fluid tank, and stops the flow of working fluid from the accumulator to the working fluid tank when the working fluid is led to the working fluid tank.
