PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition for removing nail cosmetics, especially a nail-coating agent (manicure)-dissolving agent. SOLUTION: The subject acetone-free thixotropic cosmetic or a dermatologic composition for removing cosmetics from nails comprises (a) one or more emollients and one or more cellulosic thickeners combined with one or more urea-methane type rheologic agents and (b) an organic phase comprising one or more organic solvents capable of dissolving nail-coating agents (manicures).
