PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high sensitivity of positioning by producing a navigation data series by itself without acquiring it from a outside, and by executing coherent integration to correspond to a conventional art. SOLUTION: A reception means 3 amplifies a GPS signal received from an antenna 2, and further A/D-converts it by an A/D-converting means 4. A multiplication means 8 modulates a spectral dispersion code generated by a spectral dispersion code generating means 7 with all the combinations of code series generated by a code generating means 6. The A/D-converted GPS signal and a delayed signal are correlation-processed by a correlation-processing means 10 while the spectral dispersion code modulated by the multiplication means 8 is sequentially delayed with a prescribed time unit by a delay means 9. A delay time estimation means 11 selects the maximum delayed time in a result of the correlation-processing, asτ<SB>1</SB>. A positioning calculation means 12 calculates a distance between a GPS satellite and a GPS positioning device, based on theτ<SB>1</SB>, calculates similar calculation for a plurality of satellites, and calculates the present position based thereon.
