PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding device which can stably dissolve a gas during gas expanded extrusion molding and can mold a uniform molded object at a low cost using simple facilities. SOLUTION: In a twin-screw extrusion expansion molding device 1 for a thermoplastic resin, a gas injection nozzle 30 is arranged in a region located at 60 to 70% of the overall screw flight length L from the resin feeding start side (a flight originating part 21). In addition, a gas injection outlet of the gas injection nozzle 30 is arranged not less than 1 mm inside from the inner wall of a cylinder and the stable gas dissolution during gas expanded extrusion molding can be achieved by setting the inside diameter of the gas injection nozzle 30 to not more thanϕ2.0 mm.
