PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip-type variable electronic part that is provided with an insulating substrate 2 with a through hole 5, an adjusting rotor 3 that is arranged on the upper surface of the insulating substrate, an intermediate terminal electrode plate 4 made of metal plate that is in contact with the lower surface of the insulating substrate, and a shaft 9 provided integrally on the intermediate electrode plate in a manner to be engaged in the through hole, and wherein the rotor is attached rotatably to the the upper end of the shaft, the rotor is comprised of a first plate 11 and a second plate 13 connected integrally and overlapped with each other by means of a folding connection part 12 on a part of its outer circumference, and then the intermediate terminal electrode plate is provided with a stopper piece 10 that is projected over the upper surface of the insulating substrate and with which the folding connection part is brought into contact during the rotation of the rotor; and to improve falling strength when the folding connection part is brought into contact with the stopper piece 10, as well as adhesion strength to the insulating substrate of the intermediate terminal electrode plate. SOLUTION: The stopper piece 10 is provided integrally with a contact piece 19 that is in contact with the upper surface of the insulating substrate and pinches the insulating substrate together with the intermediate terminal electrode plate.
