PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic transmission controller for a vehicle capable of satisfactorily controlling oil pressure immediately after change of an engaging condition of a friction engaging means to suppress unevenness of gear shift shock. SOLUTION: Control duty dn is increased (steps 107 to 113) along a curve for increasing change rate gradually by monotonous increase expressed by dn = k Mn + d0 after performing rapid filling treatment (step 101), computation of an initial value d0 (step 103), and computation of coefficient k (step 105). Even when oil pressure different from a design value for an oil pressure command value is outputted, oil pressure change time in a period from start to end of torque phase does not become uneven. Consequently, unevenness of gear shift shock in torque phase can be suppressed even if there is individual difference. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
