STIRRING DEVICE FOR PERFORMING STIRRING COOKING IN INCLINED STATE AND STIRRING COOKING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirring device for performing stirring through rotating a stirring wing so as to prevent a food material from being overheated by inclining. SOLUTION: This stirring device is composed of a stirring container 1 holding a food material to be stirred, a stirring shaft 2 axially rolling in the stirring container 1 and a stirring wing 3 attached to the stirring shaft 2, and stirs the food material held in the stirring container through rotating the stirring wing 3 in the stirring container 1. The stirring device has a heating part 6 on the lower part of the stirring container and performs stirring cooking while heating with the heating part 6.
