PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power circuit capable of improving efficiency. SOLUTION: This power supply unit includes a bridge circuit connected with four rectifying elements, and generating a voltage generated after rectification between a positive output terminal and a negative output terminal; a current-detecting element for detecting a current; a first switching element connected to the current-detecting element in series and connected to the current-detecting element and one rectifying element of the bridge circuit connected to the negative output element in parallel; a second switching element connected to the current detecting element in series and connected to the current detecting element and the other rectifying element of the bridge circuit connected in parallel with the negative output element.
